Olga Titus (*1977) explores her life between two realities as a Swiss woman with Swiss-Indian-Malay roots. Her work deals with Cultural diversity and questions of identity and cultural imprint. In 1994 she attended the preliminary course at the School of Design in St. Gallen and then completed a three-year apprenticeship as an embroidery and textile designer in St. Gallen. From 2002 to 2006 she studied Fine Arts at the HSLU in Lucerne, spending a semester abroad at the College of Fine Arts Trivandrum in India. She has been awarded several prizes and grants for her work, including the City of Winterthur Prize in 2008, a "Special Mention" at the 2014 Swiss Short Film Festival and the Art Award of the Bündner Kunstverein 2022.
