Julien Girard b. 1990 in Geneva. At the age of sixteen, he began studies in the field of applied arts by integrating the CFPAA in Geneva where he undertook a first training as an illustrator, followed by a training as a graphic designer. After several years of various mandates, notably as a model or even retouching on luxury watch photos, he decides to take up studies in the artistic field.

At the age of 24, he decided to follow a Bachelor of Visual Arts at the Geneva HEAD, integrating the option Construction, which tackles issues related to the object and space in contemporary art.
