Geri Waser, b. 1959 in Lucerne (CH), 1982 - 1985 School of Design, Basel, sculpture class, Prof.Johannes Burla, 1985 - 1991 Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna, 1992 - 2004 Living and working in Vienna, 2004 - 2005 September 2004 change of domicile to Switzerland, in December/January 2004/05 more than 80% of my art work in a temporary storage was destroyed by fire, 2005 - 2016 Existential and artistic reorientation / reappraisal of the fire. Lived and worked in Lucerne and Zurich. During this time, new works in painting as well as light objects, projects for exhibitions., since April 2016 works and lives in Berlin.
