Please order your personal copy from the smallest Bookstore and Publishing House in Switzerland. All prices without VAT, shipping costs extra (CHF 7.00 within Switzerland, CHF 15.00 in EC, ROW for CHF 30.00).

Delivery times: we only ship on Sundays after church, but we rarely go to church, therefore don’t expect Amazon like rush.
