Calman is Artist in Residence @ Fondation WhiteSpaceBlackBox for 2023. In the context of the topic "HEALING" Calman dedicates his residency to a project that deals with the "Suicide" works of Valerie Favre. A "sound sculpture" of Calman will accompany this series of works in the direction of total immersion.

Calman is a young German artist studying at the UDK Berlin. His media are painting and music. His residency lasts from April 30 to May 14, 2023.

The Artist in Residence 2023 of the Fondation WhiteSpaceBlackBox is part of the project "Neuchâtel - Berlin" in collaboration with the UDK University of the Arts, Berlin and the Centre Dürrenmatt, Neuchâtel.
